In life you come across many things, many people, many thoughts, many occasions, many movies that leave you inspired!

Raj Thakare is one of the biggest ones!

Its like someone told me today that a leader is less of a Human being & more of a ego! I so agree! A leader is more of an ideology than just a human being. We are willing to look aside of all the bad aspects of negative things about a leader as long as he/she inspires you. Its not about what he/she can do its more about what you can do if you follow/get inspired by their ideology.

Recently I have been severely inspired from the Movie The Social Network; The central dialogue is “You don’t know how big it is!”. It continues to almost all ventures, businesses, jobs that one can try! You don’t want to/shouldn’t spoil a super big thing due to lack of vision or lack of foresight. I’ve seen & closely observed people with little or no respect to traditional management thoughts & principles, but yet laying down fortunes for themselves. The entire process of growth, expansion & success is absolutely un-explainable & unimaginable. Its not flattering & its not demeaning. The entire concept is about Delivering! If you can deliver, no asks questions. When no one asks questions you are successful.

I am not the one to go down analyse in depth as to why is someone close to me successful. Its more happiness to me than inquisitiveness. But then yes somewhere down the line the inquisitiveness crops us. The answers that I fin to be easiest is JUGAAD.

Like i had thought before, in India Jugaad Management is the most convenient, unique & successful style of management. Though not popular or accepted it certainly the most successful around!

Getting back to where I started from Raj Thakare.

The Municipality Elections were supposed to be the most important things happening to his career. Not only his career but the future of some of the major cities in Maharashtra.

The way the election manifesto unfolded it was shocking, disturbing, unclear & above all scary. No single party or coalition has/had any firm grounds. Raj Thakre being my favourite, I was following up his every step. I found him to be pretty sublime/not so impressive throughout his campaign. He was expected to create big ripples around his candidates in Nasik, but nothing much did seem to come into real life. The road show he did wasn’t impressive, his speech ended too soon, his overall impact want felt as big as i expected. But all this till two days before the elections. Since the Achar Sanhita was implemented & all other stopped promoting,

Suddenly he started ruling the news on the Marathi channels. Ending up orgasamicly with a Interview with IBN Lokamt team. The two days of interviews were unbelievable.

The first nights Interview Raj was almost to crumpled down & cry. The next day (Last day before elections) they covered a super finny & First Time in Life Personal life interview about him, Talking about him, his preferences, his favourites, his personal life etc. I have been following him for almost 4 years religiously now. I haven’t seen him laughing so so mush all together in the past 4 years as much as I saw in this pat 1.45hour interview. May be media gimmick, may be media friend doing a favour, may be a thought after political move. I DONT CARE. As an audience I & my family enjoyed the interview, the witty answers, the smart comments, the offenses taken, the Khunnas give, the mellow behaviour, the promptness, the sensibility.

Everything was highly appreciated. It was like the thing that you take to bed & wake up with a certain mind set & go & react to it the next morning. Thats what I am going to do.

I am going to vote for MNS for both the seats without believing in the candidates, but believing in the Leader of all these people!

Let hope this inspiration this inspiring oratory is also followed up by inspiring actions & developments for me & my people!
